The short-stories book of the admired American novelist David Foster Wallace teeming with disgusting men and women, people affected by anxiety, insecurity and loneliness. The adaptation of the work of this “cobain James Joyce of the 1990s”, one of the most distinctive voices of American literature of recent years, will be presented in the Czech premiere. The directorial tandem - Kristýna Jankovcová and Adam Svozil - reveals the unsuspected inner worlds of group therapy participants. And what awaits them at the end of the fun, yet distressing spiritual paths? Perhaps there is a cured inner child and (this time without irony) the word starting with the letter L.
The godmother of the production is Pavlína Cermanová.
