Hello Universe! was created in a collaboration with the Prague Planetarium in Holešovice, where it is performed.

Ladies and gentlemen, You are cordially invited to We Are The Humans 2021 Conference. Our aim is to compile a report on Earth to extra-terrestrial beings so they can better and more accurately understand the human civilization. Our testimony with leave our planet on the Pilgrim 1 probe and it will enter interstellar space where it will wait for hundreds or maybe thousands of years to be found by another, distant civilization. It is also up to you to decide what will be included in our report. What do we value the most? What do we want to warn distant civilizations about? We believe that a truly accurate report can only be created and achieved through a levelled debate and by a democratic vote, which you can be a part of! We look forward to seeing you at the Conference, We Are The Humans 2021 Team

An original production directed by Jan Mikulášek derives from several incentives to create a report on mankind to be sent to outer space. The Golden Record is perhaps the most famous one. It travels on the Voyager and includes 55 greetings in various languages, an hour-long recording of brainwaves and 27 music tracks representing the Earth. Hello Universe! tells the story of an international conference of experts that stand before the crucial question. What do we want to say about ourselves to alien beings? Can beings living outside of our Solar System ever understand us? And do we even understand ourselves?
