Dora Štědroňová

Artistic Director of Divadlo Na zábradlí since 2013.

She graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Masaryk University in Brno and earned a doctor’s degree at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Brno University of Technology. She has worked with Czech Radio and Czech Television. Between 2005 and 2007, she worked as a dramaturg at the Mahen Theatre in Brno. Since 2005 she has been a member of the dramaturgical board of the International Theatre Festival in Pilsen. She has worked as a teacher at the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts, the Theatre Academy of Performing Arts, and the Faculty of Arts at Masaryk University. From 2007 to 2013, she worked as a deputy artistic director and dramaturg of the Reduta Theatre. Since September 2013 she has been the artistic director of the ensemble of Divadlo Na zábradlí.
