Jakub Žáček

Member of Divadlo Na zábradlí ensemble since 2014.

He was born in Vlašim, studied at the Secondary School of Arts in Frýdlant, then studied at the Duncan Centre Conservatory in Prague and the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory. He graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague in the class of Professor Josef Krofta. For four years he was a member of the HaDivadlo in Brno, he performed in productions of the Archa Theatre, Minor Theatre and Divadlo v Dlouhé. He is a co-founder of Krátké a úderné divadlo (Short and Striking Theatre) in Liberec and a core member of the association Puppet Theatre Czechoslovakia. He can be seen in many films and TV series and is also a moderator.
