Mrs. Dalloway
„One invents most of one’s life; one invents oneself.“
Mrs. Dalloway is preparing a party. She said she would take care of the flowers herself. Before those words had faded, something happened. She opened the door. Now that neither a wedding nor children awaited her, she felt a strange sense of being invisible, unseen, unknown. A theatrical adaptation based on Virginia Woolf’s novel about the fear of time, the phenomenon of invisible women, and one June day. A picture of a disintegrating world, a celebration of life and presence. Why cling to the past or await the future? Who are we, right here and now? Is there a moment for which we need to live?
